Founded in 2019 at Balıkesir University Technopark, Persty builds digital platforms for organizations' measurement and decision processes. Anketbul, formcooker, graphcooker and talentcooker are the family's platforms; psychometric tests normed for Türkiye complete the measurement side.
From one idea to four platforms.
Each platform grew out of a real organizational need; tested first in our own projects, then productized and opened to organizations.
- 2019Persty Management Consulting Inc. foundedBalıkesir Üniversitesi Teknokent. An academically rooted team set out with a focus on measurement, research and enterprise software.
- 2020Psychometric testsDISC, OCEAN, 16 Profiles, Enneagram; our own Türkiye-normed Best-N inventory and the Holland-based Persty Vocational Interest Inventory were launched.
- 2022anketbulThe rewarded survey platform launched; today 20,000+ verified members and 250,000+ responses.
- 2023talentcooker · formcookerThe talent management platform and form builder were productized; organizations began building their own processes on them.
- 2025Gündemar Research · graphcookerPersty's research unit became a separate company, Gündemar, at Kadir Has Technopark. Our data visualization tool graphcooker entered beta.

Prof. Dr. Tamer Bolat
Founder of Persty. Held management roles in the public and private sectors and consulted for manufacturing, healthcare and tourism companies. In 2025 he founded Gündemar Research, an independent research-only company. Blending industry experience with academic depth, he brings a scientific and ethical measurement approach to Persty's platforms.
